Millennium Precision, LLC was formed in 2002 as a sales and distribution company for metrology products. The product line from Millennium boasts some of the top metrology products in the world, such as LK Metrology, Mitutoyo and Optical Gaging Products (OGP). Millennium offers a wide range of high end metrology products as well as commodity gaging such as Calipers and Micrometers. Millennium has on staff engineers to handle all your application needs. They can also assist you in proper measurement techniques and integrating their products into your manufacturing processes. In 2004 Millennium added a service organization to handle customer requests for contract inspection. Datapoint Technology was added in September 2004 and they have the capability to handle all your measurement needs. They have surface/form, optical and touch coordinate measurement as well as laser capabilities. Data Point also offer a wide variety of training classes and Design and Build services for custom gaging. In 2005 Millennium opened a third company Gage Productivity Services (GPS). GPS handles all of the service work for Millennium to include, Installs and Calibration. Please review the service pages for links to Datapoint and GPS. for 2006 Millennium Plans to add a full service Calibration laboratory in there Greenville, SC location and proceed with there A2LA certification.
